Return and refund
After the event, gear is picked up locally or returned with the provided shipping process. For shipped rentals, plan to send the gear back within 3 days. Deposits are refunded after equipment is received in working condition, typically within 7 days.

Payment
Payment is due in full 30 days before the rental to lock in your date. Sales tax applies to headphone and transmitter rentals unless your organization is tax exempt.
Delivery and shipping
Free delivery and pickup in the Buffalo area based on availability. Variable-rate shipping is available for events outside the local area.
Rental agreement
A signed digital rental agreement is required, along with a driver's license and a credit card on file.
Bring your own music device
SE2 does not provide music devices (phone, laptop, tablet, or DJ equipment). Bring one music source with downloaded or streaming music for each transmitter rented.
